GYFTA53 optical cable is to put 250 & micro; M optical fiber is sleeved into a loose sleeve made of high modulus material, and the loose sleeve is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforced core (FRP). For some optical cables with a number of cores, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded from the non-metallic reinforced core. The loose sleeve (and filling rope) is twisted around the central reinforcement core to form a compact and round cable core, and the gap in the cable core is filled with water blocking filler. Plastic-coated aluminum tape (APL) is longitudinally wrapped and then squeezed with a layer of polyethylene inner sheath, and double-sided plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded with polyethylene outer sheath to form a cable.
